I emailed service department and let them know the bracket to hang the shelf was missing. Disappointed I donβt have a response. Shelf is pretty but without bracket it is useless.

I love the shelves, they are exactly what I wanted in the space. Installation was quite tricky. The bracket would not hold shelf level so shims were needed. (Rod needs to be angled up 1/8 inch to correct this.) My installer was very experienced and knew what to do and I love the result.

I love the live edge shelf I received: the wood is lovely and solid, looks great, was well packaged, and exactly the style I hoped for. If that's what you're looking for, I'd definitely recommend it. There are a couple of things worth noting though: - My original shelves where lost in the mail. Once I pointed this out, the creator was happy to replace them, but it did take a while between steps. It was worth the wait in my opinion, though luckily I wasn't in a huge hurry. - The brackets on my floating shelves aren't stable enough, and I'm having to add brackets beneath the shelves too. This is in part because the wall of my rental has been repaired multiple times and doesn't provide great stability, but if you're going to put them up somewhere without fantastic anchoring, expect to potentially need brackets for the bottom.
