I'd like to update my review. I was previously unhappy because my order got lost during shipment. OneNine resent my order and the shelves arrived yesterday. I'm just pleased they finally made it after over two months. I look forward to putting them up and finishing my decorating. Thank you!
My order was confirmed on March 9 and my credit card was charged. It has not arrived yet, and it is April 13. Your tracking system tells me it is in Chino (?). The Shop tracker I had to download (did not want to do that) tells me the status is unknown. I have sent several emails and have not received any response. Yet I have received two automated emails asking me to rate the product. So I finally decided to do so.
We received them last week , my husband put them up this weekend. They are the perfect size . Exactly what I wanted . We ordered 3 , 2 different sizes . Came with everything. Beautiful.

We had some issues with the shipment which meant that the delivery took a long time. There was a slight split in the wood but on the wall side so this should not be noticeable when hung. Otherwise the shelves are very nice and as described on the website.

Iβm not one for expensive gifts to myself but I built an iron pipe coat rack and placed this plank on top of it as a place to keep hats and stuff. I think it came out great actually.
